I purchased the lefthanded batking electric ukulele. The electric does NOT work I paid a music tech to fix the output jack but the tuner can't be fixed. the CHINESE I bought it from doesn't seem to be willing to help so I WOULD NOT BUY this item again. the sound is ok but not great. the GIGBAG only unzips partway leaving the ukulele open to scratches when removing it from the bag. not good at all.��

Very well packaged. But.. it sat in Chinese customs for 16 days. After 12 days. All I asked was. " the tracking number doesn't work, can you help me? " I got a full page of rudeness. Telling me to contact US customs . Not him.

Tuner looks slightly different to the picture. It also has a strap button at the base which is good. Happy with the purchase is a decent quality instrument
