I believe you're supposed to message the seller if you have a problem so they can try to fix it before you leave feedback. I was never informed there was a problem! USPS has been slow in April in Fort Worth. You're not alone.

Necklace came too short, it also came with an extension but even after using pliers to tighten the extension given to the main necklace it fell apart. Very poor quality

Necklace is 16" with 4" extension as stated in listing, totalling 20". If the extension was faulty, the way to get it taken care of is to contact the seller. I stand behind my products...if you let me. I would have replaced or refunded immediately upon you contacting me. Even Ebay suggests you contact seller before leaving negative feedback.
