Cancellation
You as a consumer have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. Digital goods, downloads and products manufactured to your specifications are excluded. The revocation period is fourteen days from the date on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by mail, phone call, fax or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. Please address your letter to:

Lessingstr. 27

Phone +49 (0)40 18089289
Fax +49 (0)40 380178-68885
If you use this option, we will provide you with immediate (e.g. e-mail) confirmation of the receipt of such cancellation. To keep within the revocation period it is sufficient to make a declaration on the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation deadline.
Consequences of Cancellation
If you cancel your contract with us, we have to reimburse all payments we received from you, including shipping costs (except for additional costs arising should you chose a type of shipping different from our standard and cheapest way), within at most fourteen days from the day on which we received the declaration of cancellation from you. We shall use the same payment method which was used for the original transaction, unless another method was mutually agreed upon; in no case will there be a fee for this reimbursement. We may delay reimbursement until the goods have been shipped to us or you can prove that they were shipped to us, whichever is the earlier date.
You are required to ship or deliver the goods promptly, and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notified us of the cancellation of this contract, to:
Concept GmbH
Kommission: Kolibri
Tonndorfer Hauptstr. 34-36
22045 Hamburg
Germany
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You only need to pay for any diminished value of the goods if such loss in value is due to handling the goods in a way that is not necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
