Unfortunately, I am dissatisfied with the purchase, or rather, I am dissatisfied with the description of the product. It's called "Read the Fine Print." The description says how convenient it is to use the remote control, but below is a description of the configuration: “1 x remote control (**MISSING CREMOTE CONTROL**).” Why do this? It would have been possible to write in the ad itself “Price reduced because the remote control was lost” and not describe the product as if it contained a remote c

This item has a flaw that stops the glass safety screen from fitting correctly. I contacted Simon at Valuliving but he has been most dismissive, merely referring me to manufactures data. He pestered me for a positive feedback which obliviously he won't be receiving. I would advise you to seek out a more reputable seller as I had to have a tradesman round to fix at my own expense. AVOID
