I've been in touch with seller. The rug was in bad condition and color not as shown. It appeared to be the reverse side shown of a very over dyed rug.
I would have had to pay the price of the rug to ship the rug. He offered me a 15% refund. I asked for a 25% refund. I should have asked for more of a refund. I'm stuck with this unattractive rug. I'm very dissatisfied. "Free returns " doesn't make sense. Seller should clarify. I really want the full price refunded to me.
