I would definitely buy again from this seller! I haven't fired up the laser I have purchased and don't know if it works yet, however, the seller and the shipping company have both been beyond exceptional in their service from the beginning to the end of the transaction. I have confidence that the seller will provide support if I have problems. The Seller and the Shipping Agent have provided the best communication and service I have experienced ever experienced in my 70 years as a consumer. .

I wanted to leave a real review. First, I took a chance on a new seller with zero feedback. I paid for this laser, it was not given for a good review. All lasers come from China, I don't know of one that is actually made here. The ship time was what you would expect from overseas, about two weeks. Their manuals and videos are ok, normal language barriers, but managable. Thier customer response is fantastic via email. And the laser (not my first) works as well as a laser I paid twice as much for.
