Communication wasn’t great. The book came damaged and I wasn’t happy that’s when they started to communicate. I sent book back for a refund. Refund was processed however never reached my PayPal till I contacted eBay to resolve it. This was also the case when I requested a refund for the return postage. They claimed this was refunded, however when I reached out 1-2 weeks later, requesting PP refund again they stated they would do this. This made me think they lied but eventually PP was refunded.
