The item arrived in excellent condition, but it took about 2 weeks to get here. That is the fault of the United States Postal Service though. Our mail service is dismal.

Feedback is SUPPOSED to be ABOUT US. Complain about Mail Service to them. Disappoints us they are slow too, BUT WE MAILED IT NEXT DAY. Again, it is called SELLER FEEDBACK, not complain about the mail here.
