I was sent the wrong book.
It is not worth my time and energy to return a book, so I will just add this one to my library. The outside package listed the correct book, however I received someone else’s book and invoice for “ Chicago and Western Indiana Railroad “. It is a nice book, just not the one that I ordered. The publisher has lots of new copies, so hopefully they can send the Gentleman in Indiana a correct copy of the book that he ordered. This is the reason for the “Neutral”.
