The parcel arrived empty. When I contacted the seller they advised they could not provide a replacement, only a similar-valued item. I chose an alternative from the available options, which came a few days later, but the original one was the book my son really wanted. Upped to 3 stars because the seller was very responsive and apologetic, even if there was nothing they could really do to rectify the error.
