The wrong item was sent. I asked for a replacement, they wouldn’t do it unless I returned the wrong ones at my own cost. I then asked for a full refund considering the incorrect item was sent, nothing like the image, and I shouldn’t have to return at my own cost. They said I could have a partial refund only. They have given me the partial refund which is good hence why my feedback is neutral but I’m still not happy that it wasn’t a full refund! I’ve lost money on something I can’t use!
