Terrible service & shipping. Delivery was supposed to be 9/20- 9/23. Today is 9/24 & it's nowhere near my location per USPS tracking. This was a Bday gift and my family member was here with me until 9/23. Seller would not allow me to contact them to let them know it was a birthday gift but now want to communicate with me when I have a complaint. If you are going to give a shipping WINDOW, get it HERE within the window because THAT IS WHY I CHOSE TO BUY FROM YOU.
