    I am happy with the price, but can't help thinking that the book would have arrived in much better condition, minus all the dents to the hardcover and the stress to the spine of the book, if it had not been sent in a plastic bag! For heaven's sake, how much extra would it cost for a brown recycled box?! I would rate the condition as 'Good' not 'Very Good'.
