I will continue to give ratings based on their merits. I told the seller that I would not send the bracelet back in fear that she would sell it again and nor did she offer to send me an envelope. She never said that she did not recieve it, otherwise I would have resent the video. She sresponded with "OK" after I sent it and then bought the bracelet that same day. When she sent me her complaint, she insinuated that I am dishonest thief and was very abusive in her comment to me. I would have offered to send her a label and a return envelope (not my policy) but she shut down any form of negotations w/ her
