I never received the item, well over the expected delivery date. I reached out to the seller multiple times in attempts to obtain updates within the delivery window. My USPS tracking information never updated to show where my item was in the delivery chain - only that "a label was created". I tried to give the benefit of the doubt and provide grace for international travel. However, the seller would not respond to my queries and had zero communication. I finally reached out to ebay for a refund.
