Buyer is misinformed. Tubes buyer purchase were International Servicemaster brand they were a (rebrander) and did not actually manufacture tubes.Tube were new in the box however.The majority of tube buyers know this, apparently this buyer did not. The pictures showed that they were International Servicemaster brand and pictures of the tubes were also displayed in the listing. Buyers feedback implies that we re-branded the tubes.
