I like this massage gun, even B&B sent wrong item.
I feedback this issue to customer severe immediately. BUT Customer service always asks me to provide the same information even I already provided all I have.
The attitude of customer service is unacceptabble to me. (ex: frequency of response, question my reply and ignored my response)
I am tired in this kind of loop. This loop started on initial of August. So I decided to share this experience andd give it a negative review.

You can't think that you need to send a new product and refuse to send back the original product. We generally do not ship the wrong product, and if we determine that we have shipped the wrong product, we will resend the correct product, provided that you need to send back the wrong product. There is also a second option of giving a free universal hot and cold head to the customer. Your side is a Taiwan address, what is the intention to talk like this.
