I bought a nice cuetec 13-714 cue and he told me that he made a mistake and he could send me a pos cue instead. He even stalled me by purchasing shipping but he never took it to the post office. I kept checking the tracking.. I doubt that he had the 13-714 cue at all. Bait and switch scam all the way. Ebay is going to suspend his account. This is a first for me. I've been selling & buying on ebay since 1995. wow..
