If not for a unique set of circumstances, I'd rate my experience positive. The package arrived well packaged and undamaged, and while it was a day or two late, I can't fault them for that considering shipping can be hard. What I CAN fault them for is the tracking experience, which stopped after a certain point and never started back up again. In fact, it's still marked as "yet to be delivered" despite the fact that I have it in hand right now. Weird.
