I just want to make sure I have this correct: you bought an item FOR PARTS. Your only message to me was asking when it would ship. You didn’t ask about any specific part. So without knowing if the particular part you wanted was in working order you bought the printer, and upset because it doesn’t work? Please help me make sense of this! 😂 In the future a simple message to your seller can help you avoid things like this. Not sure how I was supposed to know the part YOU wanted was broken…like……..
