Good communication with seller. Item received in very good condition (not quite exactly new, pages split to spine in a couple of places, slight browning of edges of pages), at a fair price, and on time. Do recommend shipping books in cardboard boxes to protect from potential damage in shipping as opposed to bubble mailers/bags. Very pleased overall.
