When contacted they refused to accept any responsability and accused me of lying. You do NOT want to deal with this seller ever. Could care less about any probems a buyer has with any of their products. What he claimed is not the quality fault. Buyer taken pictures of the latex mask in a wrong way. The mask should be on a fake head or fill in with stuffs so that the creasing will be disappear when you taking pictures. But buyers refused to take pictures like that. We have promised that if it is quality faults,we will refund full immediately. But buyer just refused to take pictures accordingly.We trust Ebay will make a fair Judge..
