I bought this item and after receiving it and trying it out I found that there was a small hole at one of the seams. They wanted me to make the repair and they would refund me $5 because there items are handmade and throughing inspected. This is a strechy material. I'm afraid if I use the item the hole is going to just open up more and more. If this is the way they handle issues with there products I won't buy from them again. Make things right or don't make the item at all.
