I give a neutral review due to eBay's helpful support for defective items. The seller ignored my communication until I involved eBay, who then facilitated the return process. Despite serious defects in the pen, such as a dent, scratches, and a misaligned nib, the seller's photos didn't disclose these issues. I'm disappointed with the misleading listing and cannot recommend this seller.

I should have read the negative reviews before purchasing. Images shown are not necessarily of the item sent. Seller claims that items are checked before sending but I received the pen with a stuck piston and lots of dried ink in the barrel. They do not necessarily know how to check (if they actually did) the items they are selling. Disappointing for an expensive purchase. Not worth what you think you may be saving.

The pen arrived quite fast once it shipped (though the seller lets you know it may take 5 business days until the item does ship, which was true in my case). I ordered the night of Oct. 24, it shipped early morning on Oct. 30, and it arrived at mid-day on Nov. 2. The pen was in good condition and came securely wrapped in bubble-wrap and newspaper in its package. The pen came in writing condition, though it didn't write well so I've sent it to a nibmeister. Good purchase overall.

Controllers arrived on time, and many of them were in usable shape even despite the seller listing them as for parts. I'm satisfied with my purchase and would buy again.
