Dear Mr MacDonald, my sincere apologies we had run out of stock of the helmet that you wanted as stock levels change all the time. I did personally message you a few hours after your purchase to offer you 10% off any of the new 2024 helmets so you would get a ECE 22.06 newer helmet at a good reduced price to help you out, or offered you the full refund that same day, which you selected the refund. I did my very best to try and offer you other helmets at a good discount. I tried my best, sorry.
