Package was delivered to an address in Wilmington DE. Not my address. I have sent numerous emails to the seller and to eBay with no response. My account was charged. Please send a response and resolution to this issue ASAP. I will require a refund or new product sent to my address that I will furnish upon receipt of this email.

Quality of the lenses is exceptionally good, but the customer service was great. The first lenses didn’t fit the frame perfectly as frames are made differently and lose shape over time. Seek lenses assured me this happens all the time and sent a new pair of lenses that did work. Thanks so much for your help!
