The orientation of the choke controller was wrong and no return spring on the throttle. The item apart from these issues is well made and I managed to make it work. The seller does say check it fits your engine and it is a after market item. I will in future look closer at the pics and not go by the heading stating it to fit the engine I have.

please check item condition, picture 2 and description with red lines, i clearly clarify the opposite site of choke lever, i couldn't imagine that you didn't notice even one among 3 reminds
