It is disappointing that the seller was not more honest. The "parts-only" description noted that the unit does not turn on, however, it was clear to the seller that the unit had the following faults - a bad main board, the display was dead, and a bad HDD - according to the sticky label on the back of the machine (which was also omitted from the auction photos).
This information would have been valuable help when making a decision; it was disingenuous to withhold it. And no returns.
