      The item Plaza Gem shipped to us is not exactly as described, the shade of blue is different. The topaz however, is still a beautiful shade of blue, it is beautiful! They also gave us a very nice discount on the order. The Item was well packaged and arrived intact. The package took 19 days from the time we place the order until we received it which is reasonable for the country the item comes from. We are glad to be repeat customers of Plaza Gem and would buy from them again.

      The item Plaza Gem shipped to us is exactly as described. The topaz is a beautiful shade of blue and it is simply beautiful!! They also gave us a very nice discount on the order. The Item was well packaged and arrived intact. The package took 17 days from the time we place the order until we received it which is very good considering the distance from the country the item come from. We are glad to do business with Plaza Gem and we are repeat customers and would do business with them again.
