I ordered some earings through this seller and they accepted payment and claimed to ship it . However , they did not provide any tracking or proof they actually shipped the parcel . After 7 days I requested tracking and all I got was " we shipped it but we have limited recourses " . I then told them if I don't receive it within a week I would be requesting a refund . The next day they refunded my money , but I STILL have not received the alleged parcel and it's been over 2 weeks .

Those items have been removed from my store. As I told you, they no longer exist. Refunds have been issued and I am completing the rest.
