I contacted eBay on several occasions and they told me that the buyer would get the label. I stayed in contact with buyer to make sure she knew I was trying to fix this. After 2 weeks, eBay suggested to try USPS, UPS and FedEx but they couldn’t do it. I then decided to give a full refund & let the buyer keep the item. I apologize for this negative experience but was out my hands. My intention always is to have satisfied buyers.
