Despite being well packaged and labelled as 'Fragile', the item was delivered broken and probably beyond repair. This was clearly not the fault of the vendor, but the result of a lack of care on the part of the carrier DPD from whom I be seeking compensation. The vendor was helpful and sympathetic and I would use him again.
