Seller didn't communicate that they couldn't print all caps with script font. They capitalized only the first letter which was weird because it was not the begging of sentence. I would have changed it to no capitals at all had they told me.... :(

the customer's all caps cursive text looked ridiculous and wasn't legible, we fixed it for her and made them beautiful. Most would say thank you for doing that instead of receiving a product that looked horrible. We never send out anything that looks ridiculous. Read our reviews please ;-))) in business for 20 years.

All I said was that I wished they would have contacted me first and I would have said don't capitalize ANY of the letters. Having the one word with the first letter capitalized in the middle of a sentence isn't proper grammar! I guess some don't know that...
