Item didn’t arrive even though Royal Mail said it did, seller was awful at communicating, first said he had to talk to his manager, then claimed he ran a small business when I asked him to refund me after parcel still didn’t arrive. Seller refused to contact Royal Mail to get it resolved and has still yet to refund me, awful scamming seller, BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!!!

Very odd feedback. Item confirmed delivered to buyer, track no FL363352554GB, showing his mailbox, GPS location, and scanned position at his door. Buyer demanding refund but tracking shows delivery. I asked Royal Mail for feedback and they reiterated delivery was successful with track info above. Unsure why he's lying here to say I never asked RM for feedback? Proof of delivery above completely shows he's lying about claims we have scammed him. Ridiculous comment when we've been trading 25yrs.
