Paid local Kinetico dealer $180 for a service call. They said the unit was not repairable and quoted $5K for a replacement. Ordered this kit and new resin and unit is now working fine!

Lovely feedback - We are so pleased this all worked for you. Our aim is to help people with these repairs. And we still get negative feedback - even though our policy is - you will ever lose any of your money if you are not happy. Kinetico softeners are super, but the after sales can be very expensive, at times not not the most helpful. Well done for sorting this out despite the Kinetico Engineer telling you it was not possible. 🎄🎄
