Seller stated that UK post office said the item was lost when it got to USPS. Seller has agreed to re-ship the item which is why I am amending this feedback. Seller has been responsive to my messages to get this resolved as quickly as possible.

You are absolutely correct, we still can't give you any accurate answers. We hand our packages to Royal Mail from UK, and they hand it to USPS, USA, our tracking shows nothing, but Royal Mail tell us, assmume it is lost. We did our best, not good enough for you, but what else can we do? We have not been negligent. We mostly get it right, and mostly shipping works, but in life, we should expect problems, one way or another. Pray to God often, it works. God bless you and yours 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
