Seller states that they post 4 days after payment confirmed. I paid for this immediately on 9 May. About a week later the item was shown as dispatched. On the 21 May, I received a message from seller, asking if I wanted my book in a hurry, I replied yes. On 28 May, I received another message asking for more money to expedite the posting. Finally on 3 June the book was posted. It arrived 12 June. I would strongly recommend that no one should use this seller. Service was appalling.

Came from Japan, so shipping was a little bit of a wait, but good quality is worth the wait to me! And in my personal opinion, and experience, the Japanese people take pride in making quality products.

Dirty and defective. Every nook and cranny was filled with old coffee dirt. The main filter was 50% clogged. The water chamber was heavily coated with scale and loose particles. It took me over an hour to clean it up. Worse, the main pressure valve is defective. It does not hold pressure and then POP open. The resulting cafe au lait has absolutely no crema or foam.
