I messaged her as soon as I got her msg to advise that 2 labels were indeed mixed up. She did not give me an opportunity to resolve and kept another customers item and more interestd in leaving nasty feedback than resolving a simple human error. Ebay you need to allow sellers and opportunity to resolve rather than instantly refunding these people. She needs to send back the item she kept from another customer
