This company cheats the customer on the portions of their product. I was supposed to receive a bundle of hair and I only received 40 percent of the hair. Do not recommend this company. They didn’t want to issue the correct amount of hair.

I provided the customer with a free return label, but the customer insisted on asking me for compensation. We gave the customer compensation, but they left negative feedback afterwards. We have been actively cooperating with the customer to solve the problem. It is the customer who is unwilling to return the goods and insists on compensation. We have done this and the customer even said that we are not good, which is extremely disappointing.
