No tracking information provided and item never arrived after 2 weeks of waiting. I messaged the seller but they didn't respond until I opened a case. They said they'd send a replacement which I agreed to but after 3 days of waiting I was just refunded. Their initial reasoning was that my item was delivered elsewhere by mistake, I was then given a tracking number which showed it was delivered to the Midlands and I am in London. None of it made sense!
