Good experience! Seller was careful to reveal small pull and run on wrong side of fabric of this scarf and I appreciate the transparency. The scarf is lovely and the “defects” unnoticeable. Received promptly. Thank you.

Item was described as rank badge, it is not. It appears to be part of a robe that was cut off and then glued to the backing of the frame. It is still beautiful embroidery and goes with my decor, so I kept it. However it is not worth what I paid for it. The seller offered to buy it back, but would not give me any discount if I chose to keep it. I kept it, but I feel I was misled as to what I was purchasing when I offered the price I did for it.

Buyer wanted to negotiate price after receiving the item. I am not an expert, and it's possible I could have made a mistake. Therefore, I offered them a full refund if they wanted to return it--in other words, communication and customer service.
