I mistakenly swapped two labels, sending the wrong items to two buyers. The buyer was hostile before my first response. I offered to send the correct label at my expense so both buyers could exchange items, but she refused, demanding her item be delivered first before shipping the other buyer's item. I declined. Remaining combative and after insults, I asked her to return the item back to me at my expense. She refused and decided to keep the item meant for someone else.
