HORRIFIC! Item broke in mail due to inadequate packing. Italian post corresponded with US post, for insurance from seller, I was required by US post to leave all damaged item and packing with them, then they correspond with Italy. Nothing more was required of me. Seller will not refund without a return, but I was required to allow post to retain item! So now they have my $1900 plus they will have $1900 from insurance. $3800 for seller, -$1900 for me for NOTHING. I am disgusted. No responsibility
