Item arrived as described but 3 days late. Typically this would not be an issue because I understand that once an item is in possession of the carrier it is out of the seller’s hands but in this instance the seller used a different shipping method than was advertised and paid for (USPS ground advantage was used vs USPS priority shipping which was advertised). With no communication and knowing ground advantage is the cheaper slower option I can only assume this was the reason for the delay.

Buyer paid $15 flat for uncalculated shipping. I spent $18.17 on the label. The estimated arrival was June 8th, which was within 24 hours of what priority mail estimated. To make up for this difference, I shipped the item within 24 hours instead of the 48 hours listed. Unfortunately, the item was delayed for unknown reasons with USPS and arrived on Jun 13th. Unfortunately I am not resposible for the buyer's poor time management when buying gifts, nor did the buyer reach out to me with concerns.
