Never received the item, let alone a tracking number to see where the item whereabouts. Messaged seller to say the item was not received, he refuses to give a refund, saying I am not compliant with eBay rules…? Buyers be warned, if you want any honest and fair business transaction, take your money somewhere else to someone who actually knows how to do business.
