Problem with product I received is that the seller was not honest about the item being sold. One of the photos indicated the absence of a critical part that when missing, the iPad case was useless. The photos were taken in a way to hide this fact. The seller did not disclose that this case was for parts only. I did contact seller and they did respond to the error and said to start a refund. When I did so, I was unable, then contacted seller again and was told to take it up with ebay. Total scam.
