Chapters 2 and 3 go over perpendicularity, complementary and supplementary angles, addition and subtraction properties, and vertical angles. Congruent triangles, overlapping triangles, angle-side theorems, and the HL postulate are also explained in this title.Chapters 4 through 11 of this McDougal Littell text begins with lines in the plane. Next, it covers parallel lines and related figures, lines and planes in space, polygons and the Pythagorean theorem, and circles. You will gain a better understanding of area, congruent chords, arcs, secants and tangents, and angles.
