    I bought and paid for CHAPS RALPH LAUREN shirt these people gave me a cheap button up with a chap logo sewed on. The pocket on the right side does even have the Chaps logo on it. Everyone know CHAP shirts do not have a Velcro pocket. I’m very disappointed I would like a full refund I upload pics of there fake shirt And pics of a real chaps shirt and logo

    Thank you for your feedback. We strive for accuracy in all listings. This shirt was shown with 11 photos, clearly displaying the hook & loop closure on the pocket and all tags. The title and description indicated it is a lightweight shirt. We understand the buyer expected a different style, but we believe the listing was accurate. Despite offering a return for a refund, the buyer declined. We are committed to resolving any issues and encourage open communication for resolution.
