Item received was in poor condition for the exuberant price and did not match the photos or value. Seller refused a return label unless I paid them for one via paypal causing one to lose their buyer protection. I escalated and finally got a label from them and made an immediate DHL return. Then today, I received a related Fed Ex bill for $200 so I am out both a bag and have to owe Fed EX. All other handbag sellers use DHL or other services that do not get secondary bills from the shipper.

We apologize for not being able to deliver a satisfactory product. We basically ask that you return the item via USPS and we will reimburse you for the shipping costs via PayPal. The FedEx invoice will be for customs duties, not shipping charges. As we will inform you prior to purchase, you are responsible for any customs duties. Customs duties are set by each country and apply even if other shipping services are used. We hope you understand that this is something we cannot control. Best regards
