They want a broken item returned, not safe for handling, I have to pay return postage as well as finding someone to print the return label. I would never purchase from this person again, I did everything to prove the item was broken in shipping. I offer FREE returns, and they still refused to return the Item. The customer threatened me if I didn't refund her, she would leave negative feedback. All I asked her to do was request a refund and send the Item back and I would Glady refund all her money. I as a seller have the right to request the item back weather its damaged or not in order to get your refund.
